This series, when listened to on a consistent basis, will support you in increasing your overall frequency and will allow you to experience life in a more peaceful, joyful way. Each CD is comprised of three parts:
- A 30-40 minute teaching that is "up for" release or understanding and which will invariably be perfect for wherever you are in your life.
- A 15-20 meditation that will guide you to a more complete understanding and experience of the teaching at a deep core level. You will gain insight, information and understanding from the higher aspects of yourself to ground in the teaching at a very deep level.
- A 10 minute very high frequency Activation in the Language of Light geared towards releasing any energetic blocks and opening the flow of energy in your chakra systems to allow you to integrate with the new higher frequencies.

For me the Activation's power seems so vast compared to my physical body. At various times throughout my waking hours, I become aware of the circulation of Light it realizes. The CD of the Month Series will have the most profound effect when listened to on a regular and consistent basis, which is why we made it a monthly series.
