Absolute Health Supplement CompanyI created Absolute Health in 1982. Since then it has evolved into a multi-faceted approach to health which includes a Nutritional Supplement Company that provides information and support for all of your health and well-being needs. As a Nurse Practitioner I have studied allopathic (traditional) medicine and have been licensed starting as a Registered Nurse in 1970 and Graduated from UCLA/UCSD as a Nurse Practitioner in 1975. My interests were sparked when I saw how ineffective many medications were for so many illnesses, and how much repetitive medicating was necessary for the same issues over and over. I also noticed if I wrote one prescription for the illness I may have to write two more for the side effects. It caused me dismay.
Through years of study I have discovered ways to support the Total Body Matrixsm in an Alternative or Preventative, Pro-active manner. This allows for overall health at the core level, not just treating symptoms. At Absolute Health we provide key supplements that support the ENTIRE you with the purest and most updated items that we can find. Many of these supplements are not available in stores but only through a Licensed Health Care Practitioner, which I am.

I sought other answers. I discovered the world of Alternative Medicine and studied Ayurvedic Medicine with Deepka Chopra, along with Homeopathy, herbs with a strong emphasis on Energetic Medicine. I broadened my approach for whole body healing and later created the phrase “Total Body Matrixsm” to describe the Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual parts of us. I learned that what we thought, what our genetics held and how we dealt with life had everything to do with our level of health and joy. I explain this in detail in my book,
